Frequently asked questions

Can I pay in instalments?


When you purchase "The Magic Package" you'll be requested to pay 30% of the full price upfront before any work starts. Then you pay the remaining fee before receiving the final deliverables.

It is not possible to pay in instalments for the Magic Subscription or the Magic Stampcard.




Can I book you for designing just a logo?


I don't believe that a logo tells the full story of a brand and therefore have chosen to not offer this as a service. I wholeheartedly believe that your brand will stand to gain more from a fully designed brand identity, and thus only offer the complete package.




Once I receive my designs you created, do I own them?


You will own the designs I've delivered to you in the sense that you are allowed to use them however you please for your business only, so long as the design stays intact and is not edited by you or anyone else. The copyright belongs to Studio Julia Olivero and therefore you are not allowed to resell any templates and designs I've created.




Which files will I receive?


You will receive all of your deliverables in .pdf, .png, .jpeg, and .eps.

I do not deliver the original digital files.




When can we start?


This depends on how fully booked I am. Once you've filled out your form I will contact you within 48 hours and we can schedule a start date for your project, which in most cases will be within 2 weeks of contacting you.




How does payment work?


Once you've filled out your form you will receive a quotation to which you have to agree to before I start working on your project. Once you've provided a written agreement to the quotation you will receive the first invoice of the initial 30% instalment. Once that has been paid, I start working on your project.

Before I deliver the final designs you will receive an invoice of the remaining fee.

Payments always happen through bank transfers. Are you not in The Netherlands and outside of the SEPA-zone? Payment will have to go through an intermediary bank.




I want a fully custom branding package. Is this possible?


If The Magic Package doesn't have the things you're looking for in a branding package then we can take a look at what your brand needs and come up with a fully custom package specifically created for your brand.

Every package will consist of the basics such as brand guidelines and a logo.
